The Parts Coordinator increases the efficiency of the store by ensuring that parts are received, controlled, and delivered to appropriate technicians as needed. Receive all parts and verify that the order is accurate and complete and matches the vendor’s invoice (Best practice is to do it while the driver is on-site to allow any omissions or damage to be noted and shared with management). Ensure all documentation is delivered to front office management. Upon completion of the repair, return unnecessary parts for credit and document this activity. Upon receipt of the correct parts, enter and scan all payable invoices. Proficient with MS Office and has working knowledge of Summit. Work independently without close supervision. Flexible/adaptable to constant change. Solid communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
