Build rigorous evaluation plans at CAMH using quantitative analysis and evidence-based frameworks. This full-time temporary position is located at 1025 Queen Street West.
The Research Methods Specialist supports evaluation research and quality improvement within Education at CAMH. Reporting to the Manager Education Evaluation and Quality Improvement, this position works with staff, partners, families, patients, and other stakeholders. You will develop evaluation measures, analyze data, and support education outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Build evaluation plans for community and system change initiatives
Apply logic models, theories of change, frameworks, and metrics
Design quantitative and qualitative evaluations for Cooperative Learning College
Collect, analyze,



and disseminate process and outcome data
Support databases, natural language processing, algorithms, and predictive modelling
Requirements: Honors Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Five years of relevant experience in research or evaluation
Advanced quantitative analysis using R or Python
Experience with databases, machine learning, and algorithm development
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Apply research evaluation, advanced analytics, and stakeholder consultation skills supporting education quality improvement at CAMH.
