Apply mining equipment leadership and component change-out experience while directing multi-trade shovel maintenance crews for OCL Group Inc.
This experienced supervisory position leads maintenance and outage work on mining shovels. You will oversee undercarriage replacements, track frame changes, bucket changes, shovel splits, and general repairs. The work requires coordination with crews, client representatives, and site inspectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-trade crews through critical shovel maintenance tasks
Oversee undercarriage, track frame, and bucket change-outs
Direct general repairs and preventative fleet maintenance
Collaborate professionally with clients and site inspectors
Track crew progress and daily LEM reporting
Requirements: Heavy Duty Mechanic, HET, or Millwright certification
Mandatory JM Off Road or Millwright Ticket
Proven lead-hand or supervisory maintenance experience
Three to five years of related heavy equipment experience
Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Use mining maintenance expertise, change-out knowledge, and crew leadership to deliver quality shovel outage work safely and on schedule.
