You will manage recruitment, offers, contracts, onboarding, promotions, probation, terminations, and exit interviews. Key Responsibilities: Write and post jobs across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Dayforce
Source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
Prepare offers, contracts, promotion letters, and employee changes
Support onboarding, advantages enrollment,



probation tracking, and offboarding
Implement the Dayforce recruitment module through rollout
Requirements: Three years of HR experience, ideally in a corporate setting
Proven LinkedIn Recruiter recruitment experience
Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and requirements
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong Microsoft 365, communication, and confidentiality skills
