As a Logistics Coordinator, you manage shipments from order entry through billing readiness. The work includes manifests, driver dispatch, delivery follow-up, and return-trip freight planning. Success requires transportation experience, shipping knowledge, and solid customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Enter transportation orders into the Truckmate dispatch system
Build manifests and dispatch drivers for deliveries
Communicate consistently with drivers and customers
Follow orders until POD enters the system
Preplan freight for return trips
Requirements: Minimum two years in the trucking transport industry
Knowledge of Canadian and United States shipping regulations
Deck experience and LTL shipping knowledge required
Oil and Gas experience, including tubular pipe movements
Adaptable, self-motivated, results-driven, relationship-focused team player
