As an Employee Experience Advisor, you will define communication strategy, manage channels, and guide leadership. You will also support employer branding, recruitment, recognition, and onboarding. The position requires expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and bilingual communication.
Key Responsibilities: Define internal communications strategy across all sites
Manage channels and measure their effectiveness
Advise leadership on change and crisis communications
Develop employer branding with the Marketing team
Support recruitment and employee onboarding initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or relevant field
Minimum five years’ internal communications experience
Experience with recruitment and employee experience
Significant change management and employer branding experience
Full French and English proficiency
