As a Site Merchandising Specialist, you will support Carter’s eCommerce team across daily operations and digital partnerships. The work combines technical expertise, organization, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration. You will optimize product presentation, promotional destinations, linking, and site accuracy for Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh brands.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily site scrubs with eCommerce and Product Category teams
Execute global price changes, promotions, and coupon code testing
Build promotional destinations and maintain product accuracy
Refresh homepages, landing pages, shops, collections,



and categories
Review links, recommendation zones, sort rules, and site issues
Requirements: Two or more years of prior eCommerce experience
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain adaptable
Experience with Constructor, Contentful, Salesforce, or Adobe Analytics
