As an Assortment and Merchandising Specialist, you will support product portfolio decisions for the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize Canadian product assortments and portfolios
Analyze sales, sell-through, inventory, margins, and SKU performance
Support seasonal launches and recent product development
Contribute to markdown and product exit strategies
Monitor consumer trends and identify product opportunities
Requirements: At least two years in buying, merchandising, or assortment planning
Fashion, footwear, accessories, or product-driven retail experience
Strong analytical skills and good Excel knowledge
Comfort with sales, inventory, margins, and SKU-level data
Fluent written and spoken French and English
