As an experienced HR Business Partner within HR Client Services, you will advise leaders, shape people strategies, and facilitate Stantec’s HR Strategic Plan. Your work combines employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and change management. You will influence decisions while strengthening employee experiences and organizational outcomes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum six years of related work experience

Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
CPHR certification preferred; travel to offices may be required
