The Operations Supervisor supports the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture. You will manage day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers, ensuring proper handling, routing, recovery, and compliant administrative processes. The position directs work activities and supports mentoring, coaching, and training.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day station sort operations
Direct assigned Cargo Handlers and work activities
Lead package handling, routing, and recovery
Mentor, coach, and train employees
Ensure administrative processes follow policies and regulations
Requirements: College degree
Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
Or two years related-industry supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
Ability to complete required training and maintain DG certification
