Support mechanical maintenance at Cameco’s Blind River Refinery through equipment repair, alignment, and preventive maintenance. The site is located beside Lake Huron.
This Millwright position serves the maintenance department within Cameco’s Fuel Services Division. Responsibilities include mechanical equipment installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, and dismantling. The work also covers associated piping, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, rigging activities, equipment alignment, and preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities: Execute preventive maintenance programs for refinery equipment
Inspect, repair, replace, and dismantle mechanical components
Install equipment and associated piping systems




Align equipment components during maintenance activities
Perform rigging activities as required
Requirements: Industrial Mechanic Millwright interprovincial trades certification
Three years of related industrial trades experience
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
Safe, effective work according to established procedures
Familiarity with computer applications
