Encircle is seeking an Account Manager to drive renewal and expansion revenue across a portfolio of customers in a remote-first environment across Canada. You will partner with the Customer Success team and Revenue Leadership to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction through expert product demonstrations and strategic campaigns.
The role emphasizes managing renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to maintain robust customer
