Manage environmental services at AgeCare Wenleigh, coordinating housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations in a regular full time position. Support clean, safe, and comfortable resident surroundings.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Environmental Services Manager oversees service delivery within the long-term care home. The position coordinates preventive maintenance, supplies, contractors, schedules, reports, and auditing. It also supports Infection Prevention and Control practices and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and building systems
Coordinate contractors and external service providers
Maintain staff schedules and duty assignments




Implement environmental services auditing programs
Requirements: Minimum two years of supervisory experience
Managerial or supervisory experience in healthcare or relevant settings
Knowledge of long-term care legislation
Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements
Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures
