At Excellent Question, you will own a strategic area of an agentic user research platform. You will work with product, design, and engineering while reporting to the Head of Product. The work spans customer research, product analytics, prototypes, launches, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Identify product bets using data and customer signals
Scope problems, prototype solutions, and set priorities
Keep engineering work organized, detailed, and on schedule
Coordinate launches with Sales, Success, and Marketing
Evaluate results and decide whether to iterate or stop
Requirements: Five or more years managing products in B2B software
Comfort with product analytics, database queries, and customer calls
Experience shipping complex work without lowering quality
Daily use of Claude Code or Cursor
Experience shipping AI features in production
Bring decisive product judgment, customer closeness, and hands-on AI experience to Great Question’s strategic product areas.
