Callidus Engineering seeks an Intermediate Mechanical Designer with five to ten years of Mechanical Design experience focused on Building Services. You will prepare mechanical drawings, complete calculations, size equipment and systems, and coordinate project work. The position requires organized communication across clients, contractors, sales representatives, engineering disciplines, and installing trades.
Key Responsibilities: Set up mechanical drawings and project backgrounds
Draft mark-ups provided by senior staff
Complete heat transfer calculations and equipment sizing




Size piping, pumps, ducts, and water systems
Conduct field reviews and construction administration
Requirements: Five to ten years of Mechanical Design experience
Building Services design experience
College degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Architectural Technology
Familiarity with AutoCAD
Robust organization, leadership, and communication skills
