As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will report to the SVP, Technology & Innovation and CTO. Lead approximately 32 people across cloud and infrastructure, digital workplace, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. Help evolve BCI’s future-state technology platform within an AI-first business. Apply strategic vision, technical credibility, curiosity, and influence to challenge established thinking. Guide continued innovation across a stable, well-managed technology foundation.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee cloud and infrastructure services and systems
Lead digital workplace services and systems




Direct Service Desk and service management
Oversee disaster recovery operations
Advise the CTO on strategic technology matters
Requirements: Leadership experience with large technology teams
Background in technology-forward, entrepreneurial environments
