Own SKU-level demand forecasting at Silk & Snow, using advanced Excel and statistical fluency across Canadian and United States channels. This analytical position supports inventory decisions.
As Planner, Demand Planning, you will report to the Manager, Demand Planning and manage 12-to-18-month forecasts across DTC, retail, and wholesale. You will incorporate sales history, seasonality, promotions, marketing campaigns, and market trends. The work also covers replenishment, inventory targets, and recent product launches.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain rolling SKU-level forecasts across North America
Monitor reorder points, safety stock, and inventory targets
Manage Open-To-Buy guidelines and inventory health




Translate validated demand into accurate Purchase Orders
Report forecast accuracy, bias, turns, and in-stock rates
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field
Three to five years of demand planning experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Strong quantitative and statistical forecasting fluency
Experience with ERP and e-commerce platforms
Bring demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and replenishment planning expertise to Silk & Snow’s North American channels.
