Lead industrial security for True Anomaly in Denver or Long Beach, applying NISPOM expertise and managing a fully onsite program.
As Director of Government Security, you will own the industrial security program supporting True Anomaly’s spacecraft and national security space operations. This hands-on, player-coach role combines enterprise security strategy with direct execution. You will oversee DCSA relationships, classified contract requirements, personnel security, and multi-site compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Own industrial security compliance with NISPOM, SEAD 3, and Continuous Vetting
Serve as liaison to DCSA and government security counterparts
Coordinate inspections, findings, corrective actions, and required notifications




Oversee security operations across multiple facilities and concurrent programs
Hire, develop, and manage a growing security team
Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
10+ years’ industrial security experience with FSO experience
Deep knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, and compliance frameworks
Experience managing programs across multiple facilities or sites
Robust communication with government, leadership, and technical teams
Bring cleared industrial security leadership, DCSA expertise, and multi-site program management to True Anomaly’s space systems.
