As Senior Product Manager, you will own LPX and the CRE Data Repository. You will guide priorities, requirements, acceptance criteria, and enhancements while leading three individual contributors. The work connects Commercial Real Estate business stakeholders, engineering, data and analytics, risk, and supporting functions. You will improve workflow efficiency and business data capabilities through informed product decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead product ownership for LPX and the CRE Data Repository
Establish product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
Translate business needs into features, epics, and requirements
Partner with engineering on design,



delivery, and support
Lead team priorities, testing, implementation, and change management
Requirements: Ten or more years of product management experience
Three or more years of people management or progressive leadership
Experience owning product roadmaps and Agile backlogs
Experience with technical teams, UAT, and implementation
Working knowledge of Jira, integrations, data, and architecture
Bring product leadership, technical communication, and data-driven prioritization to U.S. Bank’s Commercial Real Estate platforms.
