This temporary full-time Advanced Care Paramedic assignment supports emergency scenes and patient transfers through the Linden program. The position involves ALS airway adjuncts, medication administration, electrical therapy, and clinical leadership during transport. Vehicle readiness remains essential.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care during emergency scenes and transports
Administer medications and apply ALS airway adjuncts
Deliver electrical therapy when providing clinical care
Lead ALS teams at scenes or during transport
Maintain stocked, equipped, and properly maintained transport units
Requirements: ACP registration in valuable standing with Alberta College of Paramedics
Current BCLS CPR certification
Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence or equivalent
No more than six driver abstract demerits
Satisfactory criminal record check or Vulnerable Sector Search
Apply advanced airway management, medication administration, electrical therapy, and ALS leadership in Emergency Health Services operations.
