The Director, DtC Commercial Sales oversees sales and margin performance across Samsung.com, the Shop Samsung app, B2B, and Samsung Stores. This senior leader directs category management, promotional cadence, channel strategy, and portfolio growth across Mobile and Consumer Electronics. The position collaborates with demand planning, platform, divisional, logistics, and external operational partners to deliver revenue, margins, P&L;, inventory, and forecast accuracy KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead DTC category P&Ls; across omnichannel platforms
Oversee forecasting, promotions, inventory, and commercial planning
Develop strategies for market share and DTC sales growth




Accelerate B2B and SMB channels across external partner sites
Build high-performing digital teams and cross-functional relationships
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
15+ years’ directly related sales, retail, and omnichannel experience
5+ years in customer data analytics and demand generation
5+ years developing e-commerce campaigns driving traffic and profitability
Experience leading an e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics sales function
