This Pharmacist role combines clinical care with retail pharmacy operations and team supervision. You will manage prescriptions, complete medication reviews, counsel on therapies, and support drug utilization management. You will also promote vaccinations and chronic disease management while maintaining documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient counseling for prescription and nonprescription therapies
Review medications and support drug utilization management
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Promote vaccinations and chronic disease management programs
Supervise and mentor pharmacy assistants or technicians
Requirements: Ontario College of Pharmacists license or eligibility
Strong knowledge of therapeutics, legislation, and new therapies
