Complete high-volume, time-sensitive data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Enter, update, and maintain information in Excel spreadsheets and the companys ERP system. Process and enter customer and internal orders accurately into the mainframe system. Consolidate and organize weekly staff orders to ensure timely processing. Research products and materials as requested by the Operations team to support purchasing and operations decisions. Provide administrative support to the broader Operations team as needed, handling various tasks and priorities. Proficient with computers and comfortable using Microsoft Excel Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn recent systems and software Experience entering, managing, and processing data within ERP systems Previous experience in an operations or administrative support environment is considered an asset This is a Contract position based out of Langley, BC.
