Lead Subway® restaurant operations through guest service, food preparation, inventory control, and team supervision in a hands-on management role.

As a Subway® Manager, you will oversee restaurant standards, sales support, and daily team performance. The position includes recruiting and training staff, managing records, and analyzing business information. You will also support marketing initiatives, promotions, and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent guest experiences throughout restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent food is prepared and served
- Manage inventory and money control systems
- Recruit, train, and reward outstanding team members

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum two years in a restaurant environment
- Experience supervising and training staff
- Computer knowledge and strong communication skills
