Lead forestry operations with GreenFirst Forest Products through safety leadership, team development, and sustainable forest management. This position reports to the Superintendent, Forestry Operations. The Supervisor, Forestry Operations leads direct reports and coordinates Northern Ontario West operations. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, employee coaching, contractor coordination, regulatory compliance, and production support for the Kapuskasing and Hearst Sawmills. A college diploma or equivalent and five-plus years in a similar role are required.

Promote protected workplaces and support the Health and Safety Program Lead operations teams and provide employee career development opportunities Prepare schedules and participate in operational planning Assist with budgets, expenditures, and financial report analysis Coordinate production, wood quality, and wood supply activities

Requirements:
College diploma or equivalent in a related field Five-plus years of experience in a similar role Ability to coach and mentor employees Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and environmental standards Bilingual English and French skills are an asset Apply forestry operations leadership, safety expertise, and planning skills across GreenFirst's Northern Ontario West operations.
