Support IT procurement operations at Quadbridge as a Buyer, using purchase order management and advanced Excel skills in a hybrid schedule.
As part of the Operations team, you will support sales through purchasing and order coordination. The role requires supply chain or purchasing experience, solid communication, and organized problem solving. Quadbridge serves customers and partners across North America from Kitchener, Montreal, and Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities: Place purchase orders for sales orders with distribution partners
Submit deal registrations at account manager request
Resolve pricing and stock discrepancies for accurate orders
Maintain backorder details, including ETAs, serials, and tracking
Coordinate RMA returns with vendors and customers
Requirements: Two years’ supply chain or purchasing experience
IT industry experience is considered an asset
Professional English proficiency; French supports Quebec customers
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills
Bring purchasing coordination, Excel expertise, and relationship-building skills to Quadbridge’s hybrid Operations team supporting IT sales.
