BRP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to share the BRP Story and attract top talent for its Global Functions. You will be an ambassador of BRP culture and a matchmaker between candidates and hiring managers, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Montreal.
You will develop pipelines, advise on recruitment strategies, and drive the interview and offer process. Ideal candidates have recruitment/HR advisory experience, a university degree, proven sourcing ability, robust relationship
