As Supervisor, Production, you will assist the Pharmacy Operations Management Team with daily workflow and service delivery. You will organize priorities, reinforce processes, and help facilities, clients, Associate-Owners, and staff receive effective operational support. The full time schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with some weekends, statutory holidays, and shift coverage required.
Key Responsibilities: Meet with Pharmacy Management to solve operational problems
Implement policies, procedures, and pharmacy best practices
Review performance indicators and documentation regularly

Monitor error rates and address repeat occurrences
Requirements: Minimum five years of pharmacy work experience
