As a Mortgage Specialist, you will build and manage referral networks, create local partnerships, and grow BMO’s home financing market share. You will proactively discuss mortgage solutions with referral sources, support targeted marketing initiatives, and identify cross-sell opportunities. The work requires independent judgment, analysis, and collaboration with BMO teams and customers.

Requirements: Three to five years of relevant experience
Related post-secondary degree or equivalent combination
Robust relationship sales and management expertise
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Broad real estate and mortgage market knowledge
Use mortgage lending knowledge, partnership development, and sound judgment to generate BMO home financing business and referrals.
