As Regional Manager, you will guide field leadership, retail partners, client stakeholders, and internal teams. The work centers on program execution, client service, operational excellence, and performance metrics. You will manage training, reporting, communication, and continuous improvement across the territory.
Key Responsibilities: Direct, support, and hold District Managers accountable
Oversee merchandising, brand ambassador, and field services
Recruit, train, coach, and develop field managers
Monitor scheduling, staffing, performance, and coaching reports
Communicate field issues and performance recommendations
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Three or more years of management experience
Retail, merchandising, training, or field marketing experience
Home office with broadband Internet connectivity required
