Earls Kitchen + Bar seeks an Operations Systems Specialist for its Technology team. This specialist researches and benchmarks Operations Systems while coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder input. You will create requirements, identify risks, maintain documentation, and support enterprise restaurant platforms. Your work spans POS, inventory, kitchen, payment, and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities: Research and benchmark Operations Systems within the external marketplace
Maintain current documentation for systems, processes, and training




Help create business cases and requirements for recent initiatives
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor tickets and hold teams accountable to service targets
Requirements: Three-plus years of progressive restaurant, IT, or systems experience
Experience with enterprise restaurant systems and payment platforms
Proficient Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging issues
Quick learner open to coaching, direction, and new challenges
Bring analytical thinking, documentation leadership, and restaurant systems knowledge to strengthen Earls Technology operations.
