This permanent, full time Bakery Manager role oversees daily operations in an urban bakery setting. You will manage 11 to 15 people, organize staffing, evaluate performance, and procure merchandise for resale. Key Responsibilities: Direct, control, evaluate, and organize daily bakery operations
Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements

Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
