The Management Training Program develops Non-Prime Finance Managers for future General Manager responsibilities. At the Hyundai location on 640 Lorne Ave E, you will receive hands-on experience across dealership operations. Training includes client acquisition, vehicle selection, financing, payroll, compliance, lender relations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Manage commission, bonuses, and employee salaries
Recruit, manage, and lead a dealership team
Ensure financial and legal requirements are met




Maintain solid working relationships with lenders
