This Advertising Coordinator position works with internal casino clients, media buying agencies, and design teams. Responsibilities span campaign planning, creative approvals, media placement, print production, direct mail, social media, and emerging technologies. The position also contributes to KPIs, budgets, compliance, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: Act as liaison between casino clients and advertising agencies
Assist with planning and developing marketing campaigns
Optimize marketing channels through evolving technologies and approaches
Contribute to campaign KPIs across programs, events,
and sponsorships
Support advertising budget development and monitor annual variances
Requirements: College diploma in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
One to three years in corporate marketing or an agency
Marketing-related gaming experience is an asset
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Purchasing methods and procedures experience is an asset
Use agency coordination, campaign measurement, and marketing judgment to support Niagara Casinos advertising programs across multiple channels.
