This Teaching Assistant position belongs to the Department of Economics within the Faculty of Social Sciences. The successful candidate will support course delivery from January 1 through April 30, 2027. Duties include grading and administering assignments and exams, invigilating examinations, and assisting students individually or in groups.
Key Responsibilities: Grade and administer assignments and examinations
Invigilate examinations as requested by the professor
Assist students individually or in groups
Complete other related tasks requested by the professor
Requirements: BA Honours in Economics or equivalent
Successfully completed Macroeconomic Theory II or equivalent course
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Brightspace is an asset
Work in English using in-person delivery
Complete mandatory legislated University training
Support ECO2143 students through grading, examination administration, invigilation, and individual or group assistance in person.
