Key Responsibilities: Deliver resident-centered personal care and nursing support
Identify and report changes in residents’ well-being
Understand individual needs with multidisciplinary Village teams




Collaborate with physicians during weekly rounds
Support residents and families during care changes
Requirements: Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Heart Save Level of CPR certification
Understanding of Long-Term Care legislation and regulations
Ability to plan, prioritize, and allocate time effectively
Willingness to provide VSC and TB screening
Use resident-centered nursing, clear communication, and careful care coordination to serve residents at Coleman Care Centre.
