This Uline position focuses on assigned customer portfolios, past-due balances, accurate records, and timely payments. The successful candidate communicates fluently in English and French, uses Microsoft Word and Excel, and works with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Build customer relationships through phone and email
Resolve overdue balances with practical payment solutions
Maintain accurate customer account records
Record collection activity and customer interactions

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
