Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic for its growing Power & HVAC division. This field technician role supports industrial and commercial systems, including compressors, VFDs, controls, and refrigerant equipment. You will help maintain customer operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair industrial and commercial chillers
Service high-capacity heaters, boilers, and hydronic systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues
Complete preventive maintenance for uptime and safety
Meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Requirements: Industrial or commercial HVAC technician experience
Experience with refrigeration cycles and compressors
Experience with VFDs, controls, and high-tonnage equipment
