Triumph Group of Companies seeks an estimator with three to five years of low-rise or residential recent construction experience. You will interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents while preparing quotations, proposals, and forecasts. The work includes architects, clients, products, and active project requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Prepare price quotations and cost proposals
Complete material take offs for project scopes
Consult architects about components and design features
Follow up on submitted tenders and results
Requirements: Three to five years estimating low-rise construction
Experience with residential new construction projects
Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or estimating software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs
Apply estimating, take off, and forecasting expertise to support Triumph's low-rise construction projects and client relationships.
