As a Senior Project Control Officer, you will lead and support projects while managing lifecycle activities under established processes and standards. The work includes coordinating documentation, monitoring plans, and partnering with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams. Accurate reporting supports informed project decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, and implementation
Maintain project-management artifacts, documentation, and established governance standards
Monitor milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and project plans
Identify risks and issues,



developing appropriate mitigation strategies
Validate forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, and project performance
Requirements: Four to six years of relevant qualified experience
One to three years coordinating projects below $500,000
Related post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and collaboration skills
Knowledge of governance, risk, regulatory, and compliance standards
Support wealth project delivery through governance, financial analysis, stakeholder partnership, and disciplined lifecycle control.
