About the Position Are you looking to work for a great company? Then look no further! We have an opening for a full time Human Resources & Occupational Health and Safety (OHNS) in our very fast-paced office to start immediately. You MUST be a good team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Duties The Human Resources & Occupational Health and Safety (OHNS) Professional is responsible for supporting workforce management, employee relations, talent acquisition, training, and occupational health and safety programs within a highly specialized light fabrication manufacturing environment.
This position ensures compliance with employment legislation, occupational health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards while fostering a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.
The role serves as a key liaison between employees, supervisors, management, and regulatory agencies, to promote operational excellence, workforce engagement, and a strong safety culture.




Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and especially Excel is a MUST.
It is MANDATORY that you have a minimum 5 years experience in QuickBooks.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with weekends and Statutory Holidays off and we are always closed between Christmas and New Years yearly.

Perks Starting wage is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on experience with a review and wage increase after 3 months.
