Registered Nurse care supervision meets patients in Mississauga, supported by comprehensive assessments and safety-focused planning. CBI Home Health provides full time scheduling from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
As Care Supervisor, you respond to referrals, assess patients, and maintain appropriate service plans. You guide Care Providers, address risks, and support excellent community service delivery. The position includes supervisory responsibilities across field staff performance, training, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to patient referrals within established timelines
Complete comprehensive assessments using approved tools and procedures
Document client status, care planning, and charting information




Assess patient and Care Provider safety risks
Coach, mentor, onboard, and performance-manage field staff
Requirements: Current Ontario Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse registration
Two years of supervisory or home health experience
Ability to build rapport with clients and Care Staff
Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Support safe, individualized home care through assessment, documentation, coaching, and risk management with CBI Home Health.
