De la prise de besoin à l’envoi du contrat d’embauche, tu mèneras le processus de dotation de A à Z, tu repéreras les talents qui feront grandir nos équipes (même ceux qui ne cherchent pas encore!) et tu t’assureras que chaque personne vive une expérience de recrutement humaine et distinctive.



Conseiller des gestionnaires, chasseur de talents, gardien de la confidentialité : tu seras au cœur de la croissance de l’agence et tu contribueras à bâtir les équipes de demain.
YOUR MANDATE You’ll be the face of our employer brand to candidates and a trusted partner to our managers. From identifying needs to sending the employment contract, you’ll lead the staffing process from start to finish, identify the talent that will help our teams grow (even those who aren’t actively looking yet!), and ensure that every person has a human and distinctive recruitment experience. As an advisor to managers, a talent scout, and a guardian of confidentiality: you’ll be at the heart of the agency’s growth and help build the teams of tomorrow.
ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS Effectueras le processus de dotation complet, en collaboration avec les gestionnaires : prise de besoin, affichage de poste, tri de CV, sélection des candidats, entrevues téléphones et/ou virtuelles, envoi des tests, contrat d’embauche, etc.
Établiras les priorités de recrutement et effectueras un suivi rigoureux des mandats en cours
Feras un suivi aux candidats sur leur candidature
Alimenteras les bassins de candidatures et qualifieras les candidats pour des besoins futurs
Repéreras les candidats passifs sur LinkedIn et génèreras leur intérêt
Analyseras les compétences des candidats en fonction des besoins d’affaires
Conseilleras et accompagneras les gestionnaires lors des entrevues et de la sélection des candidats
Proposeras et mettras en œuvre des solutions en matière d’attraction et d’acquisition de talents
Demeureras à l’affût des nouvelles tendances du marché
ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS Manage the entire staffing process in collaboration with managers: identifying needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, selecting candidates, conducting phone and/or virtual interviews, administering tests, finalizing employment contracts, etc.
Set recruitment priorities and rigorously track ongoing assignments
Follow up with candidates regarding their applications
Build and maintain candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest
Analyse candidates’ skills based on business needs
Advise and support managers during interviews and the candidate selection process




Propose and implement solutions for attracting and acquiring talent
Stay abreast of new market trends
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE: 3 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
The ability to work in a team, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to manage unexpected situations and prioritize tasks
The ability to identify obstacles and seek possible solutions
A meticulous approach and attention to detail
Initiative and the ability to anticipate next steps and actions to take
An excellent customer-focused approach and thorough follow-up
A strong sense of ethics and the ability to protect the confidentiality of HR information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter
The ability to manage a fast-paced environment that may involve a heavy workload depending on needs
Experience recruiting for specialized marketing roles (a plus)
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (English is a basic requirement because our global network interacts daily with clients on a national and international scale.)
