Manage ETF operations at Sun Life using reconciliation, settlement, trade support, and PCF delivery expertise in a hybrid setting. Support accurate, timely investment workflows.
Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, this Analyst supports Sun Life’s newly established ETF mandate. The position partners with Portfolio Management, Product, and Institutional teams while assisting Investment Operations Support. It focuses on daily operations, analytical capability, delivery, and continuous efficiency improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily reconciliation, settlement, trade support, and PCF delivery
Monitor corporate actions and determine appropriate courses of action
Process moderately complex transactions with monetary impact
Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels




Lead operational projects and identify process efficiencies
Requirements: Three to six years of investment operations experience
Degree in business, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field
Familiarity with ETFs, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and derivatives
Experience building data quality workflows
Accuracy, communication, organization, and deadline management skills
Apply investment operations expertise, ETF knowledge, and analytical judgment to support Sun Life’s evolving operations capabilities.
