Coordinate transit staff, schedules, and service levels as a Supervisor supporting safe, dependable shuttle operations in Toronto's GTA. Solid communication and customer service experience matter.
Working with drivers and the Operations Manager, you will help maintain standards under Voyago policies and contract requirements. The role includes site visits, performance follow-up, KPI reporting, emergency availability, payroll oversight, and communication with maintenance, Human Resources, and health and safety teams.
Key Responsibilities: Direct drivers and maintain contract and policy standards
Review KPIs with drivers and report results
Respond to emergencies, including holidays and weekends
Follow up on incidents, collisions, and staff performance




Support employee meetings, engagement, and operational needs
Requirements: Minimum two years' similar experience preferred
Strong proven customer service experience
Enhanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook knowledge
In-depth GTA, Etobicoke, and surrounding region knowledge
Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector screening
Apply transit supervision, driver coordination, and communication skills across Voyago's shuttle service and operational support network.
