Fraser Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its busy acute Medical team. You will provide direct care while partnering with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and other health professionals. The work includes assessment, therapeutic interventions, care coordination, education, documentation, and discharge support.
Key Responsibilities: Establish therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, trust, and respect
Develop care plans with patients and families
Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional care providers




Provide health teaching and demonstrate care activities
Participate in care conferences, committees, and quality improvement
Requirements: Approved School of Nursing graduation
Current practicing BCCNM Registered Nurse registration
Ability to promote culturally sensitive, person-centered care
Ability to teach patients and families about healthcare
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Use patient advocacy, clinical assessment, and interprofessional collaboration to deliver person-centered care at Langley Memorial Hospital.
