Grainger is hiring warehouse associates reporting to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager. You will complete unloading, sorting, labeling, put away, replenishment, auditing, picking, and packing tasks. The work supports customer orders while emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Unload, sort, label, and put away products safely
Replenish, audit, pick, and pack warehouse products
Operate wrist-worn or hand-held scanning equipment accurately
Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas
Assist teams and perform leadership-directed tasks
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of physically active work experience
Ability to speak and understand English
Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
Successful pre-employment background check
