As a Business Analyst with TRADER, you will support lender clients through implementation, testing, production support, and platform changes. You will connect lenders with internal teams while interpreting business rules, coordinating follow-up, and confirming solutions meet approved requirements. Your work supports a solid client experience.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate lender testing and production-related issues
Compare system behaviour against requirements and business rules
Support UAT, PVT, SVT, and post-launch validation
Clarify dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria




Maintain implementation documentation and business-rule references
Requirements: Four-plus years in business analysis, implementation, or functional support
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related area
Experience supporting testing and validation activities
Ability to interpret business rules and investigate issues
Strong client communication and internal coordination skills
Bring business analysis, testing, and lender-support expertise to Dealertrack's implementation and platform-change work.
