Key Responsibilities: Deliver superior customer service supporting client retention
Advocate for clients by identifying their business needs
Recommend insurance responses to uncovered business challenges




Assist clients using basic underwriting principles
Promote insurance products through client education
Requirements: Two to five years of commercial insurance experience
Level 2 insurance broker license or pursuing CAIB or CIP
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets
Natural ability to build authentic client relationships
Ability to prioritize workload with confidentiality and discretion
Use commercial insurance experience, relationship-building, and thoughtful recommendations to serve Westland clients from Grand Prairie.
