Job Responsibility:

Job Summary BlackJack HVAC LTD. is a fast-growing residential and commercial heating and cooling company based in Salmon Arm, BC. We pride ourselves on quality work, excellent customer service, and a strong, supportive team culture. We're currently looking for a Remote Office Administrator to help streamline operations and support our field team from anywhere in Western Canada.

Responsibilities
Answer phones, manage email inquiries, and maintain customer communication
Schedule and dispatch service calls using
Create and send invoices, track payments, and assist with bookkeeping
Maintain digital records, job files, and document management
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and local permitting offices
Support the CEO and project managers with daily administrative tasks

Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Experience with vendor management and negotiation skills is a plus.




Familiarity with human resources processes and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and external partners.
Ability to supervise a team while fostering a cooperative work environment.
Proficient in using office software applications and phone systems to enhance productivity.
2+ years in office administration (HVAC, construction, or trades-related experience is a plus)
